Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how you can return products purchased from Shaklyrasyghikil (“we”, “us”, “our”) via the website https://shaklyrasyghikil.world and how refunds are processed. This policy applies in addition to our Terms of Service and complies with applicable consumer law in the Netherlands and the European Union.

2. Your right to withdraw (consumers)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below or any other clear statement. If you use our contact form or email, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
4. Returning the goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use a traceable delivery method and keep proof of postage. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit until they reach us.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; we may deduct from the refund an amount for any loss in value if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary (e.g. opened and used for a purpose other than inspection).
Please return the product in its original packaging where possible, and include your order reference or name so we can identify your return. Send the package to the address above (Overtoom 392, 1054 JS Amsterdam, Netherlands) unless we have given you a different return address in your order confirmation or by email.
5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:
- Goods that are sealed and not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. sealed capsules that have been opened). In such cases, you only lose the right to withdraw if you have unsealed the product; if the product is sealed and you have not opened it, you may still withdraw and return it unopened.
- Goods that are personalised or made to your specifications.
If you have requested to begin performance during the withdrawal period (e.g. we have already shipped at your request), you lose the right to withdraw once we have fully performed the contract with your prior express consent.
For any product-specific exceptions, we will inform you clearly before you place your order.
6. Faulty or non-conforming goods
If the goods you received are faulty, damaged, or do not conform to what was agreed (e.g. wrong product or quantity), you have statutory rights under Dutch and EU law. You may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or rescission of the contract, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible with details and, if possible, photos. We may ask you to return the product for inspection. In cases of clear fault or non-conformity, we will normally cover the cost of return delivery; we will confirm this when you contact us.
7. Refund processing time
Once we have received the returned goods and verified that the return meets the conditions of this policy, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
8. Business customers
If you are not a consumer (e.g. you are ordering in the course of your trade or business), the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. Any returns or refunds for business customers are at our discretion or as agreed in writing. Contact us to discuss your situation.

10. Changes to this Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time (e.g. to reflect changes in law or our procedures). The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Changes do not affect returns for orders placed before the change. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
